Increases in internet speed connections and the introduction of broadband allows for a richer user experience by making a much wider use of images and video allowable.

Many people who come to me requiring a website often ask if I can make an image gallery.

Often they have seen an example on another website and ask if I can produce something similar.

For this reason I have developed my own image gallery application which can be easily integrated into any website and is useable by most popular browsers that support JavaScript. The speed of the slideshow, the size of the main image and background skin or style can be easily customised for your needs. The buttons may also be modified to integrate with your websites style or theme.

I intend to create several versions of this application.

The first is the most basic gallery which displays thumbnails of the images which can be scrolled through using forward and back controls.
The thumbnail selected is displayed in a larger view and there is also a slide show option which will automatically show each image in turn which is controlled by Start and Stop buttons.
