I agree social networking can be fun it also has serious uses for business.
The thing is there are so many social communities of one form or another all competing with each other such as the new UK mobile social network SMS BUBBLE which has just launched but unless your all in the same network or bubble your not going to make contact!
Ideally what we need is a system that allows us to make contact with anyone anywhere whatever their network status, was that not the idea of mobile phones?
